Who we are
GG Inkhouse is a small press run by Giacomo Guerrini, based in Ireland, who is the data controller for this website. Our books are published under pen names. Contact: laraguteria@email.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your first name, only if you choose to give it.
- The date and time you signed up, the book page you signed up from, and the exact wording of the consent you gave.
The printable forms can be downloaded without giving any information. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels on this website.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address only to tell you when a new GG Inkhouse book is published. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing does not affect anything sent before.
The list is for adults (18 or older). If we learn that someone under 18 has signed up, we delete their details.
Where your data is kept
This website and the sign-up list run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), which acts as our processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the website and protect it from abuse; we do not store it.
Before we send the first email, we may move the list to an email service provider. If we do, we will name it here before any email is sent.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we stop publishing, we delete the whole list.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use, by writing to laraguteria@email.com. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or to the authority in your own country.
